Once an order has entered the creation stage or has been dispatched, we are unable to offer refunds. If you get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order, we are happy to cancel it and process a full refund for you. Please note that cancellation requests received after the 24-hour window will incur a 30% restocking fee based on the total value of your order.
