We are pleased to provide free returns or exchanges for any items with defects due to our error. Please report any issues within 30 days of receipt.

Return/Exchange Guidelines:

1. To initiate a return or exchange, email us at info@urbanamity.com with the following information:

   • Your order number
   • The SKU number of the product you wish to return or exchange
   • A photo or video showing the defect or issue

2. Items must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, and include the original packaging and labels.

Return Shipping:

Use registered mail with a tracking number for your return. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns without trackable shipping.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs if:

• You ordered an incorrect item or size. For replacements, you must cover shipping both ways. For refunds, we will refund the product price only.
• You no longer want the item. Please reach out within 30 days to initiate a return.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll contact you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within one week.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Swimwear, bodysuits, lingerie, sleepwear, earrings, and body piercings
• Health and personal care products
• Sanitary goods
• Final sale items
